10. Services are not being provided at Hollywood Heights, Zirakpur. This is too bad. Co. should do something about it.

    • Actually Hollywood Heights at vip road zirakpur is not feasible with any type of CONNECT BROADBAND network(FTTH/ DSL/ EoC). In future it may be covered with FTTH or DSL connectivity.

15. hi,
    my house no. is # 1323,saini vihar , phase -3 , baltana, zirakpur. i had applied for broadband connection on 11 july, 2016. Your salesman took the payment of 1250/- It has been 5 days and no one has visited till date ! Everyday when i call them either they hung up or say we will do it tomorrow. Unfortunately, the level of services provided seems very juvenile. It just implies harrasment to customer. So please see in this matter ASAP !

    we requested for new broadband & Calling connection at one of our office in tricity at Zirakpur, your sales representative Kavita assured that we will get both the facility at Zirakpur Office, address is SCO 1, Wadhawa Nagar, Indian Bank Building, Dhakoli, Zirakpur-Kalka Highway, Mohali-140603, But it is more than 15 days now for Broadband installed, Nobody came to connect for calling set as same has been committed by your selling team (Kavita), Now she has no answer for same, then we contacted to Rashi she is also telling same story it will be installed today, tomorrow no satisfactory answer for same, we asked both ladies to share escalation matrix they told that they can’t do that.so please suggest now how we can get our connection fix & to whom we contact in future for same.

27. Hey!! I hv shifted to amravati enclave near pinjore sector 2 Panchkula. I need a stable Internet connection. Please help me out

    • We are sorry to say that Amravati enclave is non feasible area for ‘CONNECT broadband’ services. Till today, in Panchkula city, only sector-2 to sec-20 are feasible with our wired or wireless broadband network. We are trying to cover sector-21 to sec-26 Panchkula and in next few months.

I had shifted my residence from House no 3161 sector 23D Chandigarh to sector 49-A chandigarh and applied for shifting my phone ni 0172-5079390 with request ID No 24890029 dated 24/2/2015. but my phone is not shifted so far instead phone is shown functional,when I had shifted all equipment from sector 23to 49A 0n 11/2/2015
